Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Saw-Trax MDFC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schmersal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmersal such as the AZM200CCT1P2PA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 371403 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP8301024 by Manufacturer Schneider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sensotec Brand A574111A5D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sepsa such as 84801 equipment made by Sepsa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sepsa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sepsa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 65083S5K5100 made by Sensortronics as well as the popular NLSW100Ex1 original spares produced by Seiko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1863901 by Schaevitz and 84801 spares by Sepsa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FW2B1084212500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schrader.
